Frequently Asked Questions

What to wear:
Wear your snowsuit, jacket or pants that you would if skiing or snowboarding. Warm waterproof gloves and winter snow boots are highly recommended. We also advise you wear multiple thin layers that you can put on and take off throughout the tour.

Where to meet:
Whistler Snowshoe has an office on the lobby level of the Hilton Whistler Resort for information and booking purposes. But we request that all guests meet at the Squamish Lil’Wat Cultural Centre for their snowshoe tour. Please see the Locate page for more information on how to find our office and SLCC.

Release of Liability and Waiver Form:
It is mandatory for all tour participants to sign a Release of Liability and Waiver Form. Any participant under the age of 19 must have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf.

Cancellation Policy:
Tours are non refundable within 24 hours of tour departure. Groups on 10 or more require 72 hour notification of cancellation. Group cancellation with out 72 hours will be non-refundable. Whistler Snowshoe reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, foreseeable hazards, insufficient bookings or events beyond our control.
